I shared about how Pruvit aided my transformation, by not only improving my body composition but also boosting my energy levels. Now, allow me to talk more about it and also answer your questions!
Q: What is Pruvit?
Pruvit is an exogenous ketone supplement that puts your body into ketosis without having to follow a restrictive ketogenic diet or super low carb diet. It is not a weight loss supplement or meal replacement.
Q: What are exogenous ketone supplements?
Ketosis is a state where your body utilises fat as energy instead of glucose from carbs. To achieve ketosis naturally, you need to go on a very restrictive ketogenic diet which is very high in fat and no carbs.
Ketone bodies can be produced in your body (endogenously) or come from a synthetic source outside your body (exogenously). Thus, ketones found in supplements like Pruvit are exogenous ketones.
Taking exogenous ketone supplements increase blood ketone levels, mimicking what happens in ketosis when you follow a ketogenic diet, so this means you can achieve ketosis quicker without having to be so strict with the diet.

Q: What are the different Pruvit products?
KETO//OS NAT
This is the main product, the one with pure therapeutic exogenous ketones. I drink this twice a day, once in the morning first thing upon waking up and the second one 6 – 8 hours later. Your body will be put into ketosis within an hour of drinking this. This can be taken with or without food. Note that this is NOT a meal replacement.
For those on intermittent fasting, this will not break your fast!
The Asia store has four regular flavours – Raspberry Lemonade, Lime Time, Swiss Cacao, Splash. Swiss Cacao tastes like salted chocolate, Raspberry Lemonade is a like a tangy fruit punch, Splash is quite sweet and tastes like watermelon grapefruit, Lime Time is quite mild.

KETO//KREME
This is a powdered MCT oil, like a creamer you add to your coffee, if you are a coffee drinker. It does not contain any ketones! You can also add it to Heart Tart (it will then taste like Strawberry Cheesecake) or Raspberry Lemonade (will taste like Yakult) too. Powdered MCT helps your body burn fats and produce ketones but it doesn’t contain ketones. It also has collagen so it helps with better skin and hair.
MITO//PLEX
This is a neutral powder (no taste) that you can add to your KETO//OS or into water. It helps improve energy metabolism, increase mitochondrial biogenesis, improve energy production, increase muscle mass, improve performance as well as aid in brain performance. It also prevents cramps as well as headaches that may arise from an electrolyte imbalance from being in ketosis.
KETO//OS UNLEASHED
Basically the KETO//OS on steroids – it has 30 per cent more exogenous ketones and caffeine. This is good for days where you feel really tired and need an additional boost. This product only appears in flash sales in the Asia store, so once you see it, quickly get it!
KETO//OS PRO
This is ketone-infused protein powder – protein powder with ketones essentially. It is great for post-workout or if you’re feeling hungry and want something more to fill your stomach. This product also only appears in flash sales in the Asia store, so once you see it, quickly get it!
KETO REBOOT SYSTEM
This is a 60-hour fast to reset your metabolism. You reset your metabolism by reprogramming your genes to run on fat for fuel. Upon completion of the Reboot, you engage your body to use fat as an energy source while gradually shifting into keto adaptation. During these 60 hours, you are not allowed to eat anything except what is provided in that box – not even black coffee without sugar.
Buying Pruvit
Q: How many boxes should I start with?
I would say start with 3 boxes, so that it can last you a month (if you take 2 sachets a day) or slightly more than a month (if you take 1 a day). Otherwise you will be scrambling to buy another box in the middle of the month (at full price) or end up having a period without Pruvit while waiting for your Smartship to kick in.

Q: What is Smartship?
Smartship is an automatic monthly reorder subscription. When you make your first order (on an a la carte basis), I would recommend selecting the Smartship option because you will get 22 percent off your subsequent months’ purchase. That’s about S$40 discount on one box of KETO//OS!
With Smartship, it means your monthly delivery will be automatically scheduled. For example, if your first purchase is on the 10th of the month, every 10th of the month your Smartship order will be automatically processed and you will receive your products. This way, you won’t have to worry about having to keep remembering to order and you also won’t run out of supply. You will only be charged when the order is processed monthly.
You can change the quantity or the products of your Smartship order or cancel it anytime without penalty, so it’s better to have it activated now and cancel later if you don’t want it – that way, you don’t run into shortage on supply of stocks. Q: How do I change my Smartship?
Log into your account at cloud.justpruvit.com and go to Store > Manage Pruvit Smartship. Select the products you want and submit your order, complete with credit card details and mailing address, as if you are making a purchase. This will override your existing Smartship order. Don’t worry – you will not be charged anything until the order is processed on its next run date.
Q: How do I cancel my Smartship?
Log into your account at cloud.justpruvit.com and on the left there is a panel with sections. Scroll down to My Smartship and you can cancel or reschedule your next run date (not applicable for first Smartship run though).
Q: Where can Pruvit be purchased?
Pruvit can only be purchased via the official Pruvit website with a specific referral link from an official Pruvit promoter. For example, my link is youreadyto.pruvitnow.com/sg. Once you make a purchase on the Pruvit website, you will have your own referral link that you can customise and use to earn loyalty points for product redemption (see section ‘The Pruvit Business’ below for more).
Please do not buy from third party websites or anywhere else, as you do not know where these products are from. For products that are for consumption, I would rather you not take the risk in case you get counterfeit products and end up ill.
Q: I can’t decide which flavour I want.

Q: I’ve already placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
The Pruvit Asia warehouse is in Hong Kong so that’s where the products are being sent out from. Delivery can be as fast as 2 – 3 days or might take as long as 7 – 10 days. That’s why, get Smartship so you don’t have to worry about running out!
Q: Where can I purchase the limited edition flavours?
Limited edition flavours drop randomly, on a while stocks last basis. Usually these flavours get sold out very quickly, within minutes sometimes, so grab them when you can. Nobody knows when they will be released again, or if the flavour will return, so just grab!
Typically, the launch of limited edition flavours drop on the US store first.
Q: How do I purchase from the US store?
Before purchasing from the US store, you will need to download VPN (get this one called Tunnelbear) and a US forwarding address (eg. vPost or Comgateway). Once you have these 2, follow these steps:
- Turn on the VPN and place yourself in United States.
- Log into your account
- Go to Store > Supplement Technologies
- Change ‘Ship To Country’ to United States and the page will reload to reveal all the products available on the US store
- Select what you want and complete the purchase
- Your US forwarder will notify you when it arrives and you then arrange for it to be shipped to Singapore.
Drinking Pruvit
Q: How to drink KETO//OS NAT?
You can start with 1 sachet a day for the first five days when you first start taking it, so you can allow your body to adjust to it. If everything is good, you can increase to 2 sachets a day!
Take it first thing in the morning when you wake up, with or without food. Mix with 300ml of cold water, more if it’s too sweet.
Your body will be put into ketosis within an hour and the effects of the KETO//OS lasts anywhere between 4 to 8 hours, hence your second sachet should be taken 6 to 8 hours after your first one. If you ate a heavy-carb meal, you can take 1 more sachet with it.
Q: What if I forgot to take the second sachet 6 to 8 hours after the first one?
It’s fine, you can drink it whenever you remember to. Before sleep is fine too!
Q: How many sachets of KETO//OS NAT can I take a day?
Don’t worry about overdose – your body will just pee out excess ketones that it doesn’t use. The most I took was 6 a day!
Q: What can I mix KETO//OS NAT with?
Just mixing with cold water is good enough, but you can also mix with unsweetened drinks like oolong tea, unsweetened almond milk, etc. depending on the flavour. For example, I like to drink the Swiss Cacao with almond milk or with KETO//KREME.
Q: Any difference between the one with caffeine and without?
There is no difference at all except for the presence of caffeine. Taking caffeine will help with the uptake of ketones, but if you are sensitive to caffeine you can take the decaf one. Alternatively, you can take the caffeine one in the morning and the decaf one as the second pack.
Q: Must I be on a ketogenic diet?
Ideally, you will get maximum results if you go on a ketogenic diet and take Pruvit ketones. However, the beautiful thing about taking exogenous ketone supplement Pruvit KETO//OS is that you can experience the benefits of ketones without having to change your diet. That means you can still eat like you do and still experience the benefits.
But, please manage your expectations here. If you are recklessly eating all the fried food and high sugared stuff, don’t expect to see outstanding results.
For me, I was still on a high carb diet (I eat carbs at all three meals) and I still managed to reap the benefits.
Q: Can I still do intermittent fasting?
Of course! The KETO//OS NAT will not break your fast so you can have it during your fasting window if you get hungry. The purpose of intermittent fasting is to create more endogenous ketones, so drinking KETO//OS NAT during your fast will help you achieve deeper ketosis in fact!
Q: Can I take carbs?
As mentioned above, Pruvit KETO//OS is independent of diet and can be taken regardless of how/what you eat. So yes you can still have your carbs!
Q: Do I have to exercise?
Diet is 80%, exercise is 20%. I always believe that you cannot out-train a bad diet. You don’t have to work out super, super hard but I would recommend getting some exercise in (2-3 times a week) for health purposes and also to be more toned!

Q: Can I take it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
I would say please get clearance from your doctor or a medical professional before consuming this. That said however, we do have breastfeeding mothers taking Pruvit products. Also, breast milk contains ketones and babies are born in a state of ketosis.
Q: Can I still drink alcohol?
The good news is, you can! Just take note that drinking alcohol can deepen your level of ketosis, BUT it will slow down weight loss. Ingestion of alcohol has effects on liver metabolism, so more ketones are produced as you drink more. However, because your liver is taking care of the alcohol you drank, it is being converted to a triglyceride that can also positively affect the production of ketones. Be aware though, that many people experience a heightened level of being drunk and at a quicker rate than usual. Read more here.

Q: I heard that I can earn free product.
Yes you can! Once you have purchased Pruvit, you will get your own unique referral link. You can personalise your own link – go to Settings under your name at the top right hand corner after you log into your account, then go to Referrer Code on the left panel.
This is your link to share with others. To earn free product, you will need a minimum of 2 customers on Smartship every month. You will then earn Pruvit bucks from the average of the 2 highest Smartship customers. For example, if you have 3 Smartship customers and 2 of them bought 2 boxes each, whilst the third one bought 1, your average of the 2 highest Smartship customers will be (2+2)/2 = 2. Q: How can I be a promoter?
