A surfer’s body is awesome – remember Baywatch? But we don’t have those kind of waves or surfing culture like that. There is one way though, that you can get a surfer’s body without having to get wet. Try Surfset Fitness!

Exercise is done on an actual six-foot-long surfboard perched 11 inches off the ground. These boards are unstable so you’ll find yourself struggling to execute moves that are simple to do on flat ground.

You don’t have to be interested in surfing to attend Surfset classes – you just have to be interested in training the same muscles as a surfer’s, minus the sun, sand and sea.
