Singapore football fans will have until this Friday to enjoy the “Early Bird” ticket promotion for the forthcoming Singapore Selection versus Juventus Football Club match at the new National Stadium, after Italy were narrowly knocked out of the FIFA World Cup by Uruguay in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The “Azzurri” lost 1-0 in Group D and hence denied a place in the next Round of 16. A 10% discount on tickets for the Juventus Football Club game on 16th August was available until Italy’s campaign in Brazil came to an end. The Round of 16 matches start on Saturday, June 28, and so organisers have made mid-night Friday the deadline for the 10% discount on tickets.
Tickets – priced from S$45 to S$180 for adults and S$30 to S$45 for children – are on sale at Sports Hub Tix (www.sportshubtix.sg / box office at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, all SingPost Outlets or by calling +65 6333 5000 / +65 3158 7888) and there are also big incentives for teams of football fans who buy tickets together.
