New Balance expands tennis focus for 2014

One of ATP’s up-and-coming players, Milos Ranonic will be wearing the Special Edition 996  at the Australian Open.

Earlier this year, New Balance signed a multi-year contract to be the exclusive tennis and training footwear and apparel provider of Milos Raonic, one of the ATP’s fastest rising players. For 2014, New Balance will offer a comprehensive collection of tennis footwear, including the New Balance 996 tennis shoe, a lightweight tennis shoe with advanced stability technology. The brand will also introduce a directional apparel line inspired by Milos and the brand’s rich history in the game.

An evolution of the 851, the New Balance Tennis 996 is designed for competitive tennis players who desire a flexible, lightweight shoe without comprising supreme cushioning and stability.
